LoveisLove is unable to offer a satisfaction guarantee on our products. The efficacy of our products will differ based on your individual condition, and a variety of other factors; please note that results will thus vary from person to person.

We are unable to accede to price match requests once your order has been confirmed. This applies for both online and in-store purchases.

No product on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any existing and/or potential physical and/or medical conditions. Any product information found on this website should be used with discretion- if you make a purchase for health reasons, do note that you would be self-prescribing, and will bear full responsibility for the outcome of your purchase.

We are not medical professionals, and cannot be liable for the efficacy (or lack thereof) of the items you have purchased. 效果因人而异。

A. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED

Most, if not all of the products we carry, are highly intimate in nature, and are designed to come into contact with body parts and bodily fluids. We are therefore unable to provide returns, exchanges or refunds on your purchase. 

Once these items have been dispatched from our warehouse, they are considered to be used, and therefore cannot be returned. We seek your kind understanding in the matter, and would like to emphasize that this policy ultimately serves to protect you as a consumer. In the interest of health, hygiene and safety, we pledge to deliver only brand-new and unused items to our customers. Our strict returns policy enables us to deliver on that promise, so you can trust that no one else has ever used any items purchased directly from us.

Online Orders : We will assume all parcels have been delivered successfully and all ordered items have been inspected and used upon receipt of your parcel. Products will be deemed to be in good conditions and without defects if we do not hear from you within 9 hours of receiving the parcel.

Please read the product descriptions and make your selections carefully- we will not be able to make any exceptions in processing a return or exchange, even if the packaging is unopened. Again, we would like to reiterate that all purchases are final.

 

B. QUALITY CONTROL

While we make it a point to only source for high quality products from the world’s leading manufacturers of adult pleasure products, we do occasionally receive defective products. 

For this reason, we make sure to battery-test vibrators/products which require batteries or that are rechargeable. This helps us ensure that the product you have purchased is in good, working condition before we pack your order and send it out. If the product is not in aforementioned condition, we will immediately dispose of the product, and contact you with a view to providing a suitable replacement.

Note: Items secured with 'Safety Seals' by manufacturers will not be opened or battery-tested by us, in order to preserve the integrity of the product and its packaging.

Please let us know in advance if you would prefer not to allow our staff to battery-test your items.

LoveisLove is committed to providing you with the finest, most sought-after products. We therefore regularly evaluate the brands we work with, and phase out brands with high incidences of defective products.

 

C. PRODUCT DISCREPANCIES

We do not allow exchanges/returns/refunds if the actual measurements and dimensions of the products are not significantly different from the figures stated on the packaging or product page. Information provided by brands/manufacturers are usually approximations of actual product dimensions, typically measured in inches or centimetres (Errors & Omissions Excepted).

Please allow a margin of error for all advertised measurements of our products. Measurements at the widest and narrowest girth/diameter/circumference of a product, for instance, may differ slightly from advertised values, due to the use of different instruments and methods of measurements. You can be confident that we take this seriously, and will strive, as much as possible, to provide you with updated and accurate information about all of the products we carry.

 

D. WARRANTY

Manufacturing Defects

On our end, we will work to ensure that all products are shipped out in good, working condition. If you have received a product that you believe to be compromised by a manufacturing defect, please let us know via text message or email within the same day of purchase.

Online Orders : We will assume all parcels have been delivered successfully and all ordered items have been inspected and used upon receipt of your parcel. Products will be deemed to be in good conditions and without defects if we do not hear from you within 9 hours of receiving the parcel.

We do not offer on-site warranty, so you will have to take the faulty/defective item(s) back to our store. Proof of purchase in the form of your order/invoice number, receipt, or credit card statement is also required. If you are unable to make the trip in person, you will have to pay for postage or delivery fees and send the items back to us. Any delivery and other incidental charges beyond the scope of this Warranty shall be borne by the Purchaser.

We will then inspect the items and assess whether a manufacturing fault/defect is present. If that does turn out to be the case, we will offer a 1-to-1 exchange of the same product; if the product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of equal value.

Local One-Year Warranty

As authorized distributors of several exclusive brands, we provide a local one-year warranty for products made by the following manufacturers:

  • Satisfyer; (15-year guarantee only applies if the product was purchased within Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain and the United Kingdom)
  • We-Vibe;
  • Womanizer;
  • Svakom;
  • Fun Factory;
  • and Lelo.  

Please keep the original box (with the model and serial number), charger and receipt/e-receipt as proof of purchase.

NOTE: We reserve the right to reject such defective/faulty products that we ascertain to be damaged by improper use or misuse, or due to incidental or accidental damage by the user(s).

Other Brands

For all other products that come with a one-year warranty, we regret to inform you that we are only able to cover manufacturing defects within first 14 days from the date of purchase. Any claims made for a defective product, beyond the first 14 days of purchase, should be directed to the original manufacturer's "Customer Support/Care Team".

We recommend that you register your products’ warranty with the original manufacturers, if available. You are advised to keep the original box/packaging intact, as you may require information such as a "Product Serial Number" to file a claim.

If you have a promo code, remember to key it in at checkout and hit 'apply' for it to take effect- we will not be able to provide a refund if you forget!

Upon making a purchase in our store, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
