I recently bought the smallest and lightest of the ball weights, the 1.5" size. I am very impressed with the high quality and excellent finish of this product.
I found the best way of fitting it was to stretch the scrotum for about 30 minutes using the recommended soft leather ball stretcher. Then I added the weights to it. The screws could the be loosely inserted and gradually tightened - taking great care to keep the skin clear of the gap while doing so!
The effect is great, and the weight is comfortable for long periods. It gets quite warm due to the blood circulating normally.
However, I would recommend starting with a smaller size if you have not done this before. I"ve now ordered the other two sizes so that I can experiment with different combinations of extensions and weights.
